Deliveries
Inspection of goods should take place upon collection/delivery, thereafter any defective goods and/or shortages must be made known to us within 48hrs, in writing, either by fax or email.
After 48hrs has elapsed any defects in goods and/or shortages will NOT be accepted. The title in the goods will remain with the seller till payment in full.
Cleaning Guide
Cleaning Guidance is provided with your order, it is very important that this is adhered to, and must be forwarded to the end user if applicable.
Failure to adhere to this, depending on the board material WILL shorten the life of the product and/or cause the product to fail.
